Though the Falketind Gore-Tex Paclite Jacket is the lightweight shell made for all things mountaineering, it can do so much more.  Perfect for general purpose activities it's perfect as a waterproof, breathable, and windproof shell to layer under.  This is a multi-season shell that will shield you from the elements no matter what your mountain adventure is.

When you are out exploring in forests or on mountains, you don't want to have to worry about getting wet or damp.  Ultra lightweight, this all purpose shell is roomy enough to layer under making sure you stay dry and comfortable while exploring in warmer or colder wet conditions. 

Quality and Details that make a difference

Chest vents keep you cool as you ramp up your activity and a longer velcro cuff keeps snow and rain off your wrists.  Seams are fully sealed to prevent water from getting in.  

Norrona keeps it technical with a Y-cut and articulated arms for ease of movement while climbing.  No seams on the shoulders makes wearing a backpack more comfortable - no need to worry about chafing.

Both the hood and the hem have drawstring cords for a more custom fit - all focused on keeping you dry and comfortable.

Aside from being lightweight and waterproof, this jacket's performance is enhanced by side zippers that run all the way up to the bicep which provides temperature control plus allows this jacket to be worn as a poncho -  brilliant!  A carabiner loop is cleverly integrated to easily clip onto a climbing harness or backpack.
