The fully refillable gas cartridge from Mammut

This aluminum cartridge is for avalanche airbags and is compatible with Removable Airbag System (R.A.S.) and Protection Airbag System as well as with Snowpulse® avalanche airbags from winter season 2011-2012. To fill this cartridge, you'll need a compressor or dividing cylinder. Using the pressure gauge on the outside, quickly and easily check the internal pressure on the cartridge to ensure safe compression and deployment.

Mammut recommends: "Check that the cartridge is full before every use. When doing so, consult the information set out in the user guide of your avalanche airbag. Always use the original packaging when transporting and storing the cartridge. Consult the information set out in the user guide if intending to take the cartridge on an aircraft or some other means of transport."
